Return & Refunds

Thank you for shopping with Canada Online Mart. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we accept all returns under the following conditions:

1. Return Eligibility

- We accept returns of all items, in all cases, within 30 days of delivery.
- The return must include the original label in the box.
- There are no restocking fees, and returning items is completely free of charge.

2. How to Return an Item

- Pack the item(s) securely in the original packaging.
- Include the original label inside the box.
- Use the return label provided to send the item(s) back to us.

3. Refund Process

- Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s), we will process your refund.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
- Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your financial institution.

4. Exceptions

- Items returned outside the 30-day window may not be eligible for a refund.
