1. Shipping Carrier
All items are shipped through Canada Post for Canadian customers and Auspost for Australian customers.
2. Delivery Time
Orders are typically delivered within 3-5 working days from the date of shipment. Delivery times may vary based on your location and any potential delays in transit.
3. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight of the items and the delivery address. Any applicable shipping charges will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.
4. Order Processing
Orders are processed and shipped on business days only (Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays). Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
5. Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to monitor the status of your shipment on the Canada Post website.
6. Delivery Issues
If you experience any issues with delivery, such as missing or damaged items, please contact us as soon as possible so we can assist you. Canada Online Mart is not responsible for delays or issues caused by the shipping carrier.
